Herbal Cranberry Tea
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups water
2 Tbsp dried cranberries
1 herbal tea bag (chamomile, hibiscus, or rooibos works well)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Optional garnish: fresh cranberries, mint, or a thin orange slice
METHOD
Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil. Add dried cranberries and a herbal tea bag. Cover and steep for 5 – 7 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Stir in honey or maple syrup, if desired. To serve, pour into mugs, garnish with fresh cranberries, mint, or a slice of orange. Enjoy warm.
