Cranberry Lime Mint Refresher
Serves 1
Ingredients
½ cup cranberry juice
Juice of 1 lime
6–8 mint leaves
1 tsp honey or sugar
Cold water or soda to top up
Ice
METHOD
Muddle mint with lime juice and honey. Add cranberry juice and ice. Top with cold water or soda. Stir and serve. Taste profile: Fresh, herby, tangy, street-style drink.
