Cranberry Croissants with Cream Cheese

Cranberry Croissant

Serves 4

4 store-bought croissants
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup sesame and pumpkin seeds
⅛ cup dried apricots, diced
2 Tbsp low-fat cream cheese
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (for drizzle)

Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice each croissant horizontally, without cutting all the way through. Spread cream cheese inside. Sprinkle dried cranberries, dried apricots, and seeds inside each croissant. Close the croissants and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 5–7 minutes until warm and slightly crispy. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
