Cran-Banana Slushie (new)

Serves 2

2 medium frozen bananas (sliced before freezing for easier blending)
¾ cup cranberry juice cocktail (unsweetened if you prefer tart)

Place the frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor. Add ½ cup cranberry juice to start.
Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add more cranberry juice little by little until the texture becomes smooth and sorbet-like. Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer sorbet.
