Cranberry Gut Boost

Serves 2

½ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
½ cup plain yogurt or kefir
¼ cup coconut water
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
⅓ tsp pepper powder
2 Tbsp Aloe Vera

In a blender or shaker bottle, combine cranberry juice with yogurt or kefir, coconut water, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric and pepper. Blend or shake until smooth. Drink slowly, preferably on an emptier stomach in the morning.
