Mr. Adam Branson, Regional Agricultural Counselor, opened the event with welcoming remarks that set a strong focus on quality and innovation. Chef Non from Brix Dessert Bar and Ms. Pakpimol, founder of Amor Bangkok, then led an engaging session on premium bakery concepts. They demonstrated how U.S. Cranberries enhance flavor, texture, and creativity in modern bakery applications.
