Cranberry Cinnamon Ginger Mocktail
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup water
4 large cinnamon sticks
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
1 cup 100% cranberry juice
3/4 cup ginger ale
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 green lime, sliced finely
METHOD
Combine water, cinnamon, and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook uncovered over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced to about ¼ cup. Remove from heat, discard cinnamon sticks, strain out ginger, and refrigerate the liquid. Mix the cooled cinnamon-ginger concentrate with cranberry juice, lime juice and ginger ale. Pour into two ice-filled glasses, garnish with lime slices, and enjoy!
