Wholewheat Chocolate Cranberry Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS
7 Tbsp whole wheat flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp dried cranberries
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
⅛ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
3 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp water
¼ tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients in a large microwave-safe mug. Stir in milk, oil, water, and vanilla. Microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds, or until cooked through.
