Turkey Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients
500g lean ground turkey or chicken
¾ cup quick cooking oats
1/3 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
¼ cup fat-free milk
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp chicken seasoning
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, oats, chopped cranberries, milk, egg, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chicken seasoning. Mix until just combined. Shape the mixture into 24 evenly sized meatballs and place them on the prepared tray. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden.
Tip: Serve warm as an appetizer or pair with a tangy cranberry glaze for added flavor.
